Virginia Premier is dedicated to providing you with great service. Our secure provider portal is available 24 hours a day to assist you with accessing data quickly and easily. The portal is free of charge for all participating providers. Virginia Premier’s Provider Portal, is a safe and secure tool that gives providers quick and easy access to:
Attendant Rate Increase: Effective July 1, 2022, the hourly Attendant rate increased by 7.5 percent for the Consumer Direction Program. The new rate will be visible on your July 22, 2022 pay stub. No action is required.
COVID-19 Supplemental Support Payments: The Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) will provide Consumer-Directed Attendants who worked anytime between July 1, 2021, and September 30, 2021 with a COIVD-19 supplemental support payment of $1,000. Consumer Direct Care Network will issue payment on June 30, 2022 to eligible Attendants. Learn more
Reminder: If you are an Attendant that lives with your participant, you are considered a live-in Attendant. Below are two items you need to be set up as a live-in with Consumer Direct Care Network Virginia.
- Attendant-Consumer Live-in Determination Form
- Proof of Address – this document needs to contain your name and address. Examples include but are not limited to a driver’s license, utility, bill, or phone bill.
