UWRF Seniors Graduating College in December If you sign a Fall/Spring academic year residence hall contract, your contract is considered completed in full once you graduate in December. You will receive a refund of your $100 residence hall contract payment, provided that you submit a Contract Termination Request (CTR) Form to Residence Life by the December 1 deadline.
