COVID-19 Response Message to Patients: Access Health Louisiana is following federal, state and local health official recommendations regarding who can be tested for COVID-19. This information will be updated according to Louisiana Department of Health and Emergency Operation Center notifications.
Access Health Louisiana is following Centers for Disease (CDC) recommendations for protecting our patients and staff during this COVID-19 pandemic. This includes measures for cleaning and sterilizing our locations. We are urging anyone with fever, cough and difficulty breathing to utilize our Telemedicine services for appointments instead of coming into one of our clinics. Through video chat on your smartphone, tablet or computer, our providers can evaluate your condition and recommend if its necessary to proceed with testing. This will help protect the spread of the virus, as well keep a safe environment for the rest of our patients coming in for other ailments. Thank you for your understanding. Access Health Louisiana (AHL) is a network of Federally Qualified Health Centers. Our network of more than 100 providers sees more than 44,500 patients a year in twelve Louisiana parishes including: Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, St. Tammany, St. Charles, Washington, Plaquemines, Tangipahoa, Iberville, St. James, Allen and Rapides. No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay, and there is a discounted sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
